The Keeper® 12 ft. Stainless Steel Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion-resistant 1 in. Hi-Test® webbing to absorb shock during transportation, corrosion-resistant ratchet, open molded handle, and heavy-duty vinyl covered s-hooks to prevent scratching and marring. To engage, attach the hook to an anchor point, secure webbing over cargo load, and pull webbing to desired tension. Ratchet by raising and lowering the handle to lock cargo into place.
