The Keeper® 16 ft. Ratchet Tie-Down ensures durability and reliability when it comes to securing cargo loads. It features an ergonomic open molded handle, steel ratchet and double J-hooks. To engage, attach the hook to an anchor point, secure strap over cargo load and tug to desired tension. Ratchet by raising and lowering the handle to lock cargo into place.
