The Keeper® 12 ft. Digital Camo Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion and rot resistant 1 in. webbing to secure cargo and absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a steel ratchet buckle with ergonomic molded handles and vinyl covered S-hooks to prevent scratching and marring to personal items. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point and pull webbing over the cargo load to desired tension. Ratchet by raising and lowering the handle to lock cargo into place.
