The Keeper® 16 ft. Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion-resistant 1.25 in. Hi-Test® webbing to secure cargo and absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a chrome-finish ratchet, corrosion-resistant handle, and chrome-finish double J-hooks.
