Each strap features two full-size S-hooks with spring-loaded safety clips that help keep the hooks attached. The straps are designed to restrict the amount of vertical movement during transportation. Each strap has a 1,000 lb. working load limit and a 3,000 lb. break strength. This pack includes two retractable transom tie-downs.
