The Keeper® 8 ft. High Tension Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion and weather resistant 1 in. Hi-Test® webbing to secure cargo and absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a steel ratchet, padded molded grip handle, and large vinyl-covered S-hooks. Features a sewn-in loop soft tie extension.
